Terms overview

The public site supports qualified pilot conversations.

These launch terms explain the public-site posture: no public pricing, no self-serve club setup, and no promise that the product replaces club leadership.

Launch terms scope

How to read the public site.

RomrHQ is currently presented as a qualified pilot funnel. Any production pilot, service commitment, or commercial package should be confirmed directly with the club leadership involved.

Pilot qualification

A demo request or rider referral starts a qualification or review process. It does not create a self-serve account, guarantee acceptance, or publish pricing.

Club responsibilities

A pilot depends on accurate club context, appropriate operator permissions, and leadership agreement about how member, ride, attendance, and readiness records should be handled.

No replacement for club judgment

RomrHQ can organize operational evidence, but membership, promotion, discipline, voting, and other governance decisions remain with the club.

Future terms

Hosted-service terms, support commitments, retention policies, and commercial packaging should be documented before any broader production rollout.
