Privacy overview

Marketing leads and club records are different data surfaces.

This page summarizes the launch privacy posture for the public site while keeping the operational bot data model distinct from marketing qualification.

Launch privacy scope

What the public site collects and why.

RomrHQ uses the public site to qualify pilot conversations and route rider referrals. Operational club data should be governed by the pilot agreement and runtime product policies.

Marketing lead data

The demo form may collect name, email, club name, club size, and country. The referral form may collect contact details, role in club, leader contact, and the operational pain point submitted by the visitor.

Operational club data

Member identities, ride attendance, distance records, and readiness summaries are part of the product workflow, not public marketing content. They should stay club-scoped and permissioned.

Use and follow-up

Submitted lead information is used to qualify fit, route booking or review, and follow up with the club or referring rider where appropriate.

No public roster or pricing

The launch site does not expose club rosters, member progress, private operational records, public pricing, or self-serve account creation.
